Troubleshooting app issues

Updated

If you're experiencing problems with the Clipboard app, such as login issues, pages not loading, or crashes, start by updating the app or adjusting your device settings.

Updating the Clipboard app

Make sure you have the latest version of the app:

  1. Open the Clipboard app
  2. Tap "Account" in the bottom menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom to see your current app version

  1. If "New updates available" appears, tap the link to update

If you are already up to date, continue with the steps below.

Viewing or updating your account information

To manage your profile, licenses, or documents:

  1. Open the Clipboard app
  2. Tap "Account" in the bottom-right corner
  3. Select from the following:
    • "Profile": edit your email, phone number, or address
    • "Manage Roles & Licenses": check your license status
    • "Clipboard Score": view your account status
    • "Documents": update required documents for shifts
Note: You may need to verify your contact details for security purposes before submitting changes.

If you can't log in

If you are unable to log into the app:
  1. Confirm you are entering the correct email or phone number
  2. Visit hcp.clipboard.health to request a new login link
  3. Check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received the link

If the issue persists, your account may be linked to a different email. Contact the Support Team from the app login screen.

If app pages won't load

If certain pages won't load:

  1. Update the app (see above)
  2. Check your internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
  3. Force close the app and relaunch it
  4. Try loading the page again

If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact the Support Team.

Clearing your browser cache

If you are accessing Clipboard through a web browser and experiencing loading issues, clearing your cache may resolve the problem:

  1. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser
  2. Click "More Tools," then "Clear browsing data"
  3. Set the time range to "All time"
  4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
  5. Click "Clear Data"

After clearing your cache, reload the page and try again. If the issue continues, contact the Support Team by tapping "Account," then "Get Help," then "Contact Support" in the Clipboard app.

Having trouble?

I tried all the steps above, and the app still isn’t working
  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Clipboard app. Your account data won’t be lost
  2. Make sure your phone’s operating system is up to date
  3. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or switching to cellular data

If the issue persists, contact the Support Team and describe the problem, your phone model, and what you’ve already tried.

A specific page or feature isn’t loading
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force-close and reopen the app
  3. Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Clipboard → Clear Cache)
  4. If only one page is affected, try navigating away and coming back

The app is very slow or freezing
  1. Close other apps running in the background to free up memory
  2. Make sure you have enough storage space on your phone
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Update to the latest app version if you haven’t already
