For questions about a specific shift, have the shift date and workplace name ready to help the Support Team assist you faster.
What the Support Team Can Help With
The Support Team can assist with:
- Payments that are more than two business days late
- Shifts that were not verified or were canceled incorrectly
- Trouble uploading a document or understanding a rejection
- App errors during a shift, such as when clocking in or out
If You Cannot Log In to the App
If you are having trouble logging in, see Logging In to Your Clipboard Account for the full set of login methods and troubleshooting steps, including what to do if:
- You are not receiving the SMS verification code
- The email login link is not arriving
- You have a new phone number
- You see "Phone Number Already in Use"
Access requires a registered phone number or email address. If you no longer have access to either, you will need to update your contact information before logging in.
