If you're experiencing problems with the Clipboard app — such as login issues, pages not loading, or crashes — start by updating the app or adjusting your device settings.
Updating the Clipboard App
Make sure you have the latest version of the app:
- Open the Clipboard app
- Tap "Account" in the bottom menu
- Scroll to the bottom to see your current app version
- If "New updates available" appears, tap the link to update

If You Can't Log In
If you are unable to log into the app:

If the issue persists, your account may be linked to a different email. Contact the Support Team from the app login screen.
If App Pages Won't Load
If certain pages won't load:
- Update the app (see above)
- Check your internet connection — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Force close the app and relaunch it
- Try loading the page again
