How to Restore a Deleted Account
You can log in with your old credentials (phone and email) by clicking the log-in link on the Sign Up page.
- If your account was in good standing before deletion (not Restricted or Deactivated)
- After logging in, you should be prompted to restore your account. Some of your data will be gone, but information and documents that we must keep to help facilities comply with regulations should be restored.
- If your account was Restricted when you deleted your account
- You will encounter an error when you try to restore your account.
- If your restriction period has ended (or you're not sure if it has), please contact support to help you restore your account.
- If your restriction period has not ended, you will not be able to restore your account until the restriction is lifted.
- If your account was Deactivated (due to excessive DNRs, a major incident, or violation of Terms of Service) when you deleted your account
- You cannot restore your account.
Please note that any attempt to create a duplicate account is against our Terms of Service. All of your accounts will be deactivated permanently if a new account was made in order to get around a restriction or deactivation penalty
